When you’re having a roast dinner, you need to add some veggies to the table. While fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers are great, they just don’t complement meat as well as leaf vegetables, like broccoli, cauliflower, or Brussels sprouts.

These Brussels sprouts will not only wow you with their amazing taste, but also bring some much-needed nutrients to the dinner table. Seasoned with garlic and parmesan, they will melt in your mouth and leave you wanting more. Be sure to prepare a big dish; everyone at the table will want seconds!

Sure! You can add this seasoning to eggplant, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, and even potatoes! Remember to adjust the cooking time accordingly. Broccoli and cauliflower are especially fragile, so don’t overcook them!
